What we collect and why

When you send a part or message through the form, we receive the data you enter: name, company, work email, optional phone, your message and any files you attach. We use it only to review and answer your inquiry and, if it proceeds, to handle the resulting business relationship.

Legal basis

Processing for steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Sharing and processors

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. The contact form is processed by our hosting and form provider acting as a data processor under contract, solely to deliver your submission to us. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

Retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and to meet legal record-keeping duties, then delete it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email office@stratosteel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
