Forged shafts and discs, machined and certified, one contract

You send a drawing. You receive a forged and machined part with the material certificate, the dimensional report and the UT protocol, under one PO. Open-die forgings on project basis via qualified EU partner presses, ESR special metallurgy for fatigue-critical parts, machining integrated to 50 t. Stratosteel owns the outcome from ingot to delivery.

What arrives at your dock

  • The forging, machined to drawing or rough-machined to order
  • EN 10204 3.1 material certificate
  • Dimensional report, CMM trace on critical features
  • UT protocol per EN, MT where specified
  • Heat treatment records

Proof

Live RFQ work in rolling stock components covers forged rotating parts, name under NDA. Forged and machined parts run under the same EN 10204 3.1 documentation standard as every active program. Check the proof page.
