Industries

Seven sectors. Proof in each one.

The machines are sector-agnostic. The same network makes an energy shaft or a marine shaft. What differs per sector is the part families, the materials and the proof. Here is each, stated plainly.

Mining

Crusher and wear parts.

  • Crusher mantles, bowl liners, mill liners
  • Wear castings and ground-engaging components
  • Structural weldments for crushing and screening plant
  • Machined off-highway drivetrain and frame components

Materials

Manganese steels, HARDOX, 42CrMo4, structural and high-strength steels.

Proof

Castings from our network run in major mining and off-highway machines in the field today. Network production, named on the proof page. Audit-grade traceability, EN 10204 3.1 documentation standard.

Energy: wind, hydro, power generation

Heavy structures for wind. Rotors for hydro and power generation.

  • Heavy ductile iron (GJS) structures: hubs, mainframes, housings
  • Wind: ring forgings, flanges and machined rings for drivetrains, yaw and pitch systems
  • Hydro turbine components: shafts, covers, distributor parts
  • Hydromechanical weldments: radial and flat gates, stop logs, liners, draft tube and penstock sections (quoted in the hydro qualification track), segmented for transport
  • Power generation: turbine-class rotors and heavy shafts, machined and finished
  • Open-die forged shafts on project basis via qualified EU partner presses
  • Heavy machining to 50 t, 0.03 to 0.05 mm form-position

Materials

S355 structural plate, P355 pressure grades and high-strength steels for weldments. Ductile iron grades on project basis via long-term EU foundry partners, cast steels, 42CrMo4, stainless and duplex. Stainless overlay on cavitation zones per specification.

Proof

Live quotation work on turbine-class rotor machining for an energy OEM, and an active supplier-qualification invitation from a Tier 1 hydro OEM for welded hydromechanical components, both 2026. Names under NDA. Casting, forging, machining and EN 10204 3.1 documentation for energy components run under one Stratosteel contract today. Wind, hydro and power-generation Tier 1 OEMs in this sector are targets and are labeled as targets on our proof page.

Marine

Propulsion and deck machinery part families, ready.

  • Propulsion castings: housings, hubs, nozzles
  • Deck machinery: winch and handling components
  • Machined shafts and housings, single piece to 50 t
  • Class documentation path, EN 10204 3.1 baseline

Materials

Steel and ductile iron castings, stainless, duplex, 42CrMo4.

Proof

Four active Tier 1 qualification tracks under NDA (marine, wind, rail, hydro), 2026. Names stay confidential. Part families and documentation routes are prepared, not theoretical.

  • Bogie components, cast and machined
  • Brake system components, castings with full UT
  • Serial machining of safety-relevant parts

Materials

42CrMo4, ductile iron grades, structural steels. EN 10204 3.1 standard, 3.2 on request.

Proof

Live RFQ work in rolling stock components. Quoting and technical clarification in progress, name under NDA. Rail-grade documentation and NDT are standard scope for us, not an upgrade.
