We use AI every day. Here is exactly where.
AI sits in the middle of our workflow so a partner's pain gets solved before it grows: drawings analyzed the same day, contracts read before the call, research done before the question is asked. A named person owns and signs every output. We tell you this upfront because hidden things break and open things hold. Steel and responsibility carry this company. AI removes the waiting.
What AI does here
- Drafts emails and documents for human review
- Analyzes drawings and prepares technical questions
- Reads contracts and flags what needs a lawyer
- Prepares meeting material and researches companies
- Builds first versions of capability sheets
- Keeps the memory of what was decided, across hundreds of conversations
What AI does not do
- Sign anything. A named person owns every technical output
- Decide price, feasibility or commitment. People do
- Talk to you as a chatbot on this site. There is none
- Replace the engineer who answers your RFQ within 48 hours
- Serve as an excuse. If a number is wrong, the responsibility is ours
- Send your drawings anywhere public. Customer data stays inside the controlled workflow, under the same confidentiality that binds the people. NDA-first is available
Where the work actually happens

Between those two pictures the AI layer drafts, checks and prepares. Neither end of the chain is automated: the drawing is read by an engineer, and the measured result is signed by a named person.
Why we tell you
Hidden things break. Open things hold.
When a customer asks whether an email was written with AI, the answer is a paragraph, not a denial: yes, this is what it does, this is what it does not do, this is how a person owns the output, this is the standard we hold. Openness turns a gotcha question into a normal question with a normal answer.
This shape is deliberate. A small human core holds relationships, standards and judgment. A certified partner network holds metallurgy and production. An AI layer in the middle does analysis and drafting. That is how a company this small carries a network that once needed a department, and why your drawing gets a technical answer within 48 hours instead of two weeks.
In our outbound notes you will find one sentence when it applies: research behind the note was done by our AI team, and the responsibility for every number in it is ours. That sentence is policy.
