Stratosteel s.r.o., founded 2009, Slovakia, EU. We manufacture heavy industrial parts and we architect the route a part takes from drawing to delivery. One contract, single responsibility, either way.
Who we are
We take a drawing and return a finished, certified part: cast, forged, welded, machined, inspected and delivered under one contract. The buyer deals with one partner and one accountable name, not five suppliers and the integration risk between them. We do not own every machine. We own responsibility for the result.
We are the sales force of our production plants. When our plants prosper, everyone prospers: the buyer gets stable capacity, the plants get serial work, and one name stays accountable for both.
The production base is 5 plants covering heavy machining to 50 t static and 30 t rotary, 5-axis precision to IT6, vertical turning to D3 m and 15 t, deep drilling dia 400 x 6000, grinding to Ra 0.4 and weldments to 10 t under EN ISO 3834-2. For heavier scope, long-term EU partner plants extend the envelope: steel castings to 50 t single piece, ductile and grey iron on project basis, open-die forgings on project basis, weldments to 64 t x 45 m. Stratosteel holds the contract and the responsibility across all of it.
2009 to today
Founded 2009, the company spent its first fifteen years building manufacturing and machining for industrial customers. In February 2025 it took the Stratosteel name as the network model formalized. The programs carried across the whole period, not just the new name: a 6-year serial weldment and machining program for a forestry equipment OEM, a serial defence component program, and network foundry production running in leading OEM machines. Production footprint
Production runs in 5 plants in Slovakia under long-term agreements, coordinated and contractually owned by Stratosteel s.r.o.: heavy machining, 5-axis precision, vertical turning, deep drilling and certified weldments. Casting and forging scope runs in long-term EU partner plants and is stated separately wherever envelopes appear. The registered seat in Banska Bystrica is the legal address, not a production site. Inside the plants
3NEXT, where it comes from
3NEXT is not a CSR programme. It is how the company is built. It started small and literal: blood given three times a year, and a mountain-bike race run for others (e3nexus.eu). As the network grows, three percent of every deal closed goes forward, toward founding the Stratosteel Foundation for the next generation. Built into the deal, not a donation. Profit is the fuel. It is not the point.
